First Meeting Held at Phil Hager Insurance Agency, Moneta VA on October 18th, 2026
Our first Interact Club meeting was a success, with seven students from Bedford and Franklin Counties in attendance. Students learned about Rotary International, explored the benefits of service and leadership, and discussed the process of establishing the new club.
The Interact Club will be student-led, empowering members to develop leadership skills while making a positive impact in their schools and communities. The club is currently accepting applications for Founding Members, and interested students are encouraged to get involved as this exciting new chapter begins.
This inaugural meeting marks an important step toward creating opportunities for young leaders to serve, connect, and grow through Rotary’s values of Service Above Self.
