The Rotary Club of SML will be selling top quality Christmas Trees beginning Tuesday November 24, 2015.  This year’s Rotary fund raiser features 140 freshly cut Fraser Firs.  Most buyers consider Fraser Firs the most desirable for indoor use and are noted for their dark green color, excellent needle retention and wonderful scent.

 

The trees will be available at HOT SHOTS in Moneta. Hot Shots is located just off Virginia 122 (Booker T. Washington Hwy., at 67 Village View Lane just North of Westlake Corner in Franklin County.  For driving directions or tree availability please contact Hot Shots at 540-719-1547. availability. You may also call Jeff Schott to reserve a tree.  These beautiful trees have been selected by SML Rotary Club members for their size and near perfect appearance.  Sizes range from 5-11 feet and are priced between $40 – $150 depending on size.  Beautiful wreaths are also available for only $18 each.

 

The Club’s Christmas tree sale helps support many of the local charitable activities and donations SML Rotary gives out each year.  Some of these include Lake Christian Ministries, SML Good Neighbors, Challenger Little League, local teacher of the year awards and banquet, maintenance of the Franklin County Community Park and new this year, labor and financial support for the new playground equipment at Moneta Park. And many other local non profits and organizations.

 

These trees tend to sell out quickly so come in early for the best selection.
