Down by Smith Mountain Lake several Rotary Clubs came together to induct their presidents for the upcoming Rotary year while raising funds for the Ghana West Africa Water Gobal Grant. These funds will be used to provide a sustainable water source to the people in one of the villages near a local Ghana Rotary Club. Also, at the event Tarek Bright (Area 8 Govenor) passed the gavel to incoming governor Carolyn Gordon (a member of SML Rotary.) The theme was daisy dukes and cowboy boots!
